The president of channel ARTE hasn’ted impossibility of illumination during a small time interval while there is a transfer connected with Upland Karabahom, all aspects of a question, having underlined that in a picture has especially been underlined that this self-proclaimed “republic” isn’t recognized from the international community and that the armistice mode here operates.
