The project “Explanatory dictionary” stipulates research work on detailed disclosing of each item of corresponding statutory acts, and also philological interpretation of terms used in legislations on mass-media.
With this purpose within the framework of the project stipulated the edition of an explanatory dictionary on this research work. That edition can be used in activity of law-enforcement structures, courts of all levels, lawyer offices, and also employees of mass-media.
