On February 10, “Ali and Nino” café hosted a ceremony devoted to announcement of “Top 10” for National Book Award. Nigar Kocharli, founder of the award, announced the experts’ opinions:

Note that a jury would select 3 winners from the shortlist. The winner will be announced in May.
