The Washington Post backs up Obama

The edition specifies that there are few politicians having such a respect by the editorial office as the presidential nominee from Rep. Party, John McCain, however they chose Obama. One of the reasons for their unwillingness to see McCain as the head of state is his choice of Alaska’s governor, Sara Paylin as the vice president.
During the presidential elections of 2000 and 2004 the edition also backed up the candidates from Dem. Party. Earlier, some large editions, including The New Yorker, The Financial Times and Rolling Stone, spoke in the support of the candidate from Dem. Party.
