A presentation ceremony of a book entitled “The Art of War” by writer Khazail Mukhtarov was held on December 15. The book is devoted to Nagorno Karabakh. It is the 4th edition by the writer.
Notice that the events reflected in the book happened during the Nagorno Karabakh War. Soldiers of Armenian army seize a helicopter belonging to Azerbaijani state, with state officials and state stock in it. The work speaks about the activities of a reconnaissance party sent to Khankandi for restoring of prisoners and documents. The story is based on real events.
