Under the order of the President Ilham Aliyev on marking the 100th jubilee of one of the prominent representatives of the literature of XX century, State Prize laureate, People’s poet Rasul Rza in high level, the different regions of the republic including Ganja, Goychay, Nakhchivan and Baku will host series of events, a secretary of Azerbaijan Writers Union, People’s poet Fikrat Goja said. There will be erected a bust of the poet in front of a House Museum of Rasul Rza to be opened in his native land Goychay.
The branch of Azerbaijan Writers Union in Moscow and Iran will also organize jubilee events. Istanbul (Turkey) is considered to host a jubilee event on May 12.
