It is not certain yet what the action of the “Reporters without borders” will consist of. Last year the Organization’s representatives called on the network users to visit their site and publish information against censorship.
It is notable that the “Reporters without borders” publishes their own annual list of the Network “foes”. In particular, Belarus and Turkmenistan are included in the list. Most likely an updated version of the “The Network foes” list will be published namely on the “Day of Free Speech in the Internet”, i.e. on 12 March, 2009.
