A regular pardon decree is expected to be signed until the presidential elections in Azerbaijan which is to take place on 15 October. At present, chief editor of “Azadlig” newspaper Ganimat Zahid and collaborator of the same newspaper Mirza Sakit, as well as chief editor of “Realniy Azerbaijan” and “Gundalik Azerbaijan” newspapers Eynulla Fatullayev are kept in custody in Azerbaijan.
