A presentation ceremony of a book of works by artists attending the 4th “Aluminum” International Modern Art Biennale was held on December 15 in Museum Centre.
The book entitled “Out of Frame” deals with problems of modern art. It also includes information about Azerbaijani and foreign art workers, art critics. The book “Out of Frame” published in the initiative of Culture and Tourism Ministry is of great importance in studying of modern art.
