A new book in Russian entitled “Time and Word” by famous Azerbaijani writer, translator and literary critic Elchin was published.
The book includes the author’s thoughts on different subjects – on modern world, history, politics, various events, feelings, friends and foes. Majority of his writings reflect his attitude towards literature and its makers.
