The plaintiff’s lawyer at the trial is Altay Muradov, lawyer of respondent Ramazan Mutallibov is Adalat Sadigov, the rights of the Centeral Department of the State Road Police are defended by Faig Aliyev, and AzTV is represented by Sadraddin Iskandarov.
It is notable that the Road Police regularly shows plots commented by Ramazan Mutallibov concerning violations of traffic regulations on AzTV. In one of the plots they showed MP Bahtiyar Aliyev’s car, which he estimated as humiliation and abuse of his personality, and appealed to the court.
