It is said in the address of Central Election Commission to the country’s mass media that if the aforesaid structures, including other organizations of TV and radio programs and operating editions decide to render broadcast time for pre-election agitation, they should send a notice to CEC in this regard. At that, mass media should publish grounds, conditions and rates of payments necessary to be made for assignment of broadcast time and newspaper pages at the latest 35 days after publication of official decision on the election date.
