The book by Salavat Ishakov, scientific worker of Russian Institute of History of Russia’s Academy of Sciences, has been published in Flinta printing house in Moscow. “Mammad Amin Rasulzadeh. Collection of works and letters” is devoted to the 55th anniversary of death of Mammad Amin Rasulzadeh. The book includes “Azerbaijan Republic” by Mammad Amin Rasulzadeh published in Turkey in 1923, his articles on the political situation in Azerbaijan SSR and USSR in 1920-30, articles published in “Prometheus” magazine in Paris by the end of the 30s and his letters.
