Two stages of an art creativity competition of schoolchildren “I’m a child of Nizami’s motherland” held among Ganja city secondary schools and devoted to great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi have already finished, chief of Methodical Department of Ganja city Educational Institution Afag Aliyeva said. Pupils of all secondary schools of Ganja participating in the competition are demonstrating their talents in 3 forms – recitation, compositions (scenes from his works) and music (performance of romances composed to the poet’s poems). 25 schools participated in the first stage, whereas 15 of them got right to participate in the following stage. 5 winner schools of Ganja will be announced at a final concert to be held at the end of February.
