“We still have no information about my husband’s handwritings that he wrote in the pre-trial jail. We have received a reply to the appeal submitted by lawyer, Rashid Hajilli to the chief of Bail pre-trial jail where they state that the journalist’s handwritings had been handed up to the Penitentiary system”, the journalist’s spouse noted. A. Mursaliyeva stressed that at present they are waiting for a reply from the Penitentiary System of the Ministry of Justice. “If I do not have my husband’s handwritings back, I will appeal to the court,” concluded A. Mursaliyeva.
To note, chief of Bail pre-trial jail, Misir Aliyev took away G. Zahid’s handwritings under the pretext of reading them, but has not returned them until now.
