Between Heydar Aliyev’s Fund and library of the Congress of the USA the Memorandum of cooperation will be signed.
The arrangement on it has been reached at the meeting which has taken place on September, 7th of the president of Fund Heydar Aliyev, the goodwill ambassador of UNESCO and ИСЕСКО, deputy Milli Medzhlisa Mehriban ханум by Alievoj with delegation led by the director of library of the Congress of the USA James Billingtonom.
Within the limits of cooperation between Heydar Aliyev’s Fund and the Congress of the USA for transfer of manuscripts in Azerbaijan teamwork will be spent to a digital format. These manuscripts will be placed on a site of the World digital library then the world community can use these manuscripts.
