The Moscow Office of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation organized a New Year’s holiday for orphans from 20 orphanages and boarding schools of Moscow on December 16. The charity event was organized at the initiative of the Moscow Office of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation head Leyla Aliyeva.
About 600 children from about twenty specialized orphanages of Moscow were invited to the festivity held in Moscow’s cinema Baku. Santa Claus, Snow Maiden and their assistants opened the program. They were represented by puppets of the State Academic Puppet Theatre named by Obraztsov. Also the theatre collective performed the play “Leopold the Cat”.
