The International Fund named after Mahmud Kashgari started to publish a new magazine entitled “Chinar” (“The Plane”). The 1st issue of the magazine is devoted to the Turkic World, its literature and culture. The issue includes writings on a giant of Turkish-Islam tasavvuf Haji Bektash Veli, great encyclopaedist scholar Mahmud Kashgari, Azerbaijani by origin, famous writer of Iran living in Canada Rza Barahani, great Azerbaijani scientist, Lotfi Zadeh, ancient religious beliefs of Turkish Chuvashs and other subjects.
The editor-in-chief of the magazine to be published once every three months is Elkhan Zal Garakhanli.
