Salname Documentary Films Studio and Russia are going to shoot a joint film about Hero of the Soviet Union, who lost his life in the battle for Leningrad, Azerbaijani fighter-pilot Huseynbala Aliyev, director of the studio Boyukaga Mammadov informed on it.
On February the film crew of “Salname” Studio will leave for Russia to conduct negotiations with its Russian colleague at Lennauchfilm Studio.
The documentary film to be shot on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War will be produced in March, 2010. A thirty-minute film will be shot on the basis of official documents, memoirs of his companions-in-arms and archive materials.
The film will be presented in two versions – in the Azerbaijani and Russian languages and it will be demonstrated on jubilee days, in May, 2010.
