The action plan of Azerbaijan Composers Union for the first half of 2010 includes celebration of outstanding composers’ jubilees. According to the Union, the action plan intends to hold memorial evenings of Soltan and Ismayil Hajibayovs and People’s artist M. Magomayev, celebrate the 70th jubilees of People’s artist Sevda Ibrahimova and honoured art figure Ruhangiz Gasymova, the 60th anniversary of musician and scholar Rena Mammadova and the 80th jubilee of composer Telman Hajiyev.
