To note, a criminal case against chief editor of “Gundalik Azerbaijan” Eynulla Fatullayev was initiated as grounded on a letter submitted by the FM Elmar Mammadyarov to the National Security Ministry. The letter said that after publication of the article headlined “Aliyevs going to war”, foreigners residing in Azerbaijan, enterprisers expressed concerns on the issue. In that respect, E. Fatullayev sent a request letter to E. Mammadyarov to present him a list of people expressing concerns. There was no response on the request that proved suit lodging by the journalist.
