Emin Fatullayev said his son refuses to lodge one more complaint to the court: “One of these days his complaint will be considered in the European Court of Human Rights, and it would be wrong to appeal to any instance in Azerbaijan”. The journalist’s lawyer, Isakhan Ashurov also said his client’s position is correct in an interview to www.mediaforum.az: “I don’t see the necessity of another appeal either”, he noted.
