As is known, there operates a joint TV channel of Turkish speaking countries “Turkic Music Union” in Istanbul. Azerbaijan Press Council hosted a meeting with founder of the said Union, famous journalist Naim Burak Elchi and head of the International Relations Department of the channel, Azerbaijani journalist Nazila Abbasova.
In the event it was noted the channel played a great role in popularization of Azerbaijani music. Naim Burak Elchi said that soon the channel would be transmitted all over the world. Then the guests answered questions of journalists.
