An audience of the Internet channel to broadcast debates is expected to make from 20 to 40 million people. Movies and documentary films, as well as reality shows and football will not be shown by the EuroparlTV. In fact, the EuroparlTV will consist not of one channel, but of four channels; it will not broadcast programs of user-defined content, public discussions and ordinary programs. All the programs will be translated into 20 odd languages, both using dubbing-in and subtitles.
