On October 26-27, International courses under the name «Culture and a role of mass media in propagation of cultural values» will be held for the purpose of ensuring correct illumination of the actions realized within the frame of cultural policy spent in Republic and also increasing of preparation level of local journalists and adjustment of rational communications of the Ministry of culture and tourism of the Azerbaijan Republic with publications. Participation of experts from Russia and Romania is planned in these courses. Participants of the courses will be awarded certificates by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
