Under the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “The State Program on Development of Library-Information Sphere in 2008-2013” approved on October 6, 2008, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan continues creating the websites of centralized library systems in the regions.
Thus the websites of centralized library systems in the regions of Ganja, Mingachevir and Zardab have been created.
