A. Halil’s lawyer Elchin Sadigov noted speaking at the trial that the video plot sent to TV channels by the Public Prosecutor’s Office is estimated as abjection of his client’s honor and dignity and stated that it contradicts the local and international legislation. Representatives of TV channels said they don’t understand the essence of the suit noting that the video plot given to them by the investigation was shown on TV channels to enlighten the public. Thus, judge Hagani Tagiyev decided to reject the suit after listening to the arguments and grounds of both sides.
