As Interfax-Azerbaijan informs, the CoE envoy pointed out some problems existing in the activity of mass media in Azerbaijan, however stressing it is natural for any country enduring a pre-elections period.
V. Kotek said CoE is to follow intently the forthcoming presidential elections on 15 October in Azerbaijan. “CoE Baku office intends to cooperate closely both with mass media and the CEC members”, she resumed.
