Driver of the chief of the Iraqi bureau of Dubai “Al-Arabia” TV, Jawad Hattab found an explosive device under their car parked in the center of Baghdad and called the police. The bomb exploded before the police came.
Driver and Jawad Hattab did not suffer. As the Iraqi Journalism Freedom Observatory informs, at least 235 journalists died since the beginning of the US military operation in Iraq in March 2003.
