He specified that 6 appeals had been sent to the Georgian Public Prosecutor’s Office as regards legal aid by a relevant investigatory group. The investigatory group members have been sent to this country four times: “The people, who committed the crime, are known. They are internationally searched Tahir Xubanov and Teimuraz Aliyev. We have sent a request to the General Office of Public Prosecutor of Georgia to detain these people and extradite them to Azerbaijan. However Georgia rejects to extradite them alleging that they are its citizens”.
According to A. Babayev, the Interpol has announced search of Xhubanov and Aliyev in 180 countries of the world. “We have always informed the public regarding this case and will inform henceforth about the investigation course”, Babayev stressed.
