“Azeri-Press” Information Agency (APA) and Russia’s “mail.ru” company have signed the cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, APA information agency and Vesti.az information agency of “APA Group” will provide mail.ru with news related to Azerbaijan.

Note that, mail.ru company’s regional partner on Azerbaijan is “New Media” company.

Azeri-Press Agency (APA) was established in 2004. The agency is one of the leading news companies in the South Caucasus, releases news articles in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Arabic and French.

“APA Group” includes lent.az, vesti.az, apasport.az information agencies and “Ekonomist” journal.

“New Media” company has started functioning since July of 2009. It offers services to advertisers on media planning and purchasing.
