On April 16, the Library Directors Council will conduct a seminar “An Organization of Bibliographic Service in the Libraries” for the co-workers of Narimanov and Binagadi regions for the purpose of methodical aid, the Council reported. It will be spoken about the importance and organization of catalogs and card files system and their structure included in the guide book.
