“I consider it fair case to ask the parliament for investigation of January 20 tragedy. This event received its political value, but it must receive legal value too. New Azerbaijan Party is ready to demonstrate necessary position on this issue”, Deputy Chairman and Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Ali Ahmadov told journalists, APA reports. He said one of the tasks related to January 20 tragedy was to make the international community recognize this event as a crime against the humanity. Ahmadov said there was great injustice against the Azerbaijani people and massacre of the people which is a crime against the humanity.
“The issue must be investigated in details on all of these three parameters”.
