The Institute of Manuscripts named after M. Fuzuli of ANAS has published a collection of photocopies of poems in Turkish and manuscripts of Sadig bey Afshar, the author of poems and prose works who lived in the16th century. The number of copies of the collection in modern alphabet is 500.
According to deputy director of the Institute, candidate of philology Pasha Karimov, a full collection of Sadig bey Afshar’s works is kept in manuscript form in the Tabriz library.
Note that during the reign of Shah Abbas I, Sadig bey Afshar led the place library.
