Azerbaijan National Library named after M.F. Akhundov will host an exhibition of books of German writers gained the Nobel Prize on literature starting from 1945. The exhibition is organized by the German embassy in Azerbaijan.
It will feature works of seven German Nobel Prize laureates including Heinrich Böll awarded the prize for his work “The Lost Honour of Katharina Blum”, Günter Grass “Cat and Mouse”, “The Crabwalk”, Herta Müller “Even Back Then, the Fox Was the Hunter” and so on.
The exhibition will involve also very valuable graphic works specially brought from Germany that are used for designs of books of the Nobel Prize laureates.
The posters of these books and authors will be also demonstrated at the exhibition. The said exhibition will run until April 17.
