The Ministry of Culture and Tourism will organize a presentation ceremony of the book entitled “The Colour of News” in National Library named after M.F. Akhundov on December 22. The author of the book dedicated to the distinguished editor-journalist, pedagogue Nasir Imanguliyev is Rahila Gulgun.
