Ann Dersey stressed they will be very concerned in case “The Voice of America”, “Azadlig” and BBC radios are cut off. “We will work with our partner-Azerbaijan to solve the emerged questions so that the Azerbaijani people would not be deprived of important sources of independent information”, A. Dersey said. The US ambassador to Azerbaijan noted that alternatives of broadcasting via a satellite and the Internet were suggested for the radios.
