In the note by Oprea the journalist asserts that before the forthcoming parliamentary elections Basesku became a mediator of the pre-election political agreement between Liberal-democratic party and nationalists’ party “Great Rumania”. President refuted accusations of his relations with nationalists. Basesku demands from the journalist to pay moral damage 28 EUR and to publish refutation. Court consideration takes place on 31 October.
