“Mukhalifat” newspaper correspondent, Yashar Agazade indeed wrote an official letter to Azercell Company on 6 August 2008. The letter had two questions related to the phone numbers beginning with 211. In compliance with the legislation of Azerbaijan, we sent a reply letter to Y. Agazade on 13 August where we replied to a part of the letter – the first question, but we did not reply to the other part as it is a commercial secret. We clarified that this question cannot be answered as it is a commercial secret protected by the Azerbaijan legislation. So, we replied to the official letter of “Mukhalifat” newspaper journalist, therefore we do not understand the essence of the claim against Azercell”
