The author of the article considers that processes of globalization cause of special attention in the country to the education system, families and national moral values. After this article in the section there comes the continuation of the article by Hamlet Isaxanli. Both articles of our known scientists discourse upon the important problem, but they leave a place for further discussions.

The author’s reflections are supported by the sociological data, and it raises trust to the reflections.
Two articles of scientists from Romania are published in the heading “Projects in Science”. Questions of the links between tourism and market are analyzed in the article of Florin Bran, professor, doctor of sciences and Ion Ildiko, doctor of sciences. The article entitled “Eco-tourism – a growing market”. We publish in the same section the article written by Christina Popa and Karim Hamza, the Romanian doctors of sciences “Marketing of organic food”.
