 The Georgian Television Company “Imedi” has been sold to the RAK Georgia Holding Georgian-Arabian investment group, the “Interfax” informs. The sum of the deal is not disclosed. Ex-owner of the “Imedi”, Joseph Kay said he had sold 90 % of the Company's shares having retained 10 % for himself. He explained the deal by his desire “to recover losses of the Company incurred within the last months”. |
