Azerbaijan Writers Union and its press organ "Edebiyyat gazaeti" ("Literature newspaper") will mark their 75th anniversaries on December 14-16. The events will start with a press conference to be held by the chairman of AWU Anar on December 14, press service of AWU informed on it. A number of events will held on the occasion of jubilee - a great event in Azerbaijan State Young Spectators Theatre, International Poem evening in State Philharmonic Society named after M. Magomayev, a press conference devoted to the activities of Writers Union in "Park Inn" hotel and solemn meeting at the building of the union. Also Baku will host the 3rd forum "Borderless word" within the framework of the jubilee events.
88 representatives from different countries will attend the event.
Notice that the President Ilham Aliyev is expected to be invited to the jubilee events.
