The subjects are budgetary funds, oil incomes, transparency, corruption and the problems of ordinary people or substantial public or national interest. If an article is of a report type, it should cover at the least the actions concealed from the public or insight into them. Besides, readability, fascination, professionalism and interesting presentation of a material are requisite, as well as the presence of references to official information. An article should meet at the minimum 7 criteria from this list.
The contest will be held regularly every two weeks, beginning from March 1, during 10 months. The winners will be awarded the prizes:
The fist place – AZN 150;
The second place – AZN 100;
The third place – AZN 50.
