The article where the author supposed that the President’s nephew and son of the State Security Service head Janibek Bakiyev Asilbek Saliyev were involved in a road accident that resulted in one pedestrian dead, proved court consideration. The article author noted that investigation of the case is prolonging exactly on that reason. Besides paying of 1 mln soms, the judge obliged the article author to pay 3 thousand soms (about 80 USD) to Saliyev personally.
