ANS TV channel’s survey group gunned in Georgian Gori cityYesterday, a survey group of Azerbaijani ANS TV and tens of other journalists were gunned in Georgian Gori city, www.day.az informs referring to ANS TV. According to ANS TV correspondent Nadir Almasoglu, who is in Gori now, Russian militaries at the Gori entry point did not let enter the city.
He stressed that a skirmish started while they were waiting at the entry point, and then “Niva” car came with four Russian soldiers inside.

Rare copy of “Tarikhi-Nadir” book found in Masalli region of AzerbaijanA copy of “Tarikhi-Nadir” book mentioned by Meshadi Ibad in “O olmasim, bu olsun” movie was found at Arkivan villager of Masalli region of Azerbaijan.
As www.day.az informs that the book owner is also Meshadi, not Meshadi Ibad, but Meshadi Hamid, Akhund of Arkivan village in Masalli region. According to him, he bought the rare copy of “Tarikhi-Nadir” book by pure accident in neighbor village of Badalan as early as 30 years ago. He, a connoisseur of Arabic writing, was presented the book by some old man.

Turkish journalist wounded in Tskhinvali A Turkish journalist was wounded on 10 August during firing in Tskhinvali, Gazeta.ru informs. 33-year-old journalist from Istanbul Guray Irvin Sekints suffered from a mine explosion.
